Due to Covid-19, I am not able to evaluate my organization in person so it will be done through a zoom call. I will start my evaluation off on April 6th, 2021. On this day, I will complete interviews and ask the stakeholders, which is the program manager as well as the children and families questions on their experience here at For Kids Inc. My first interview would start at 8am with the program manager, and each interview will last between 20-25 minutes. Next, I would meet with the children around 930am, and complete the interviews within the 20-25-minute period. The next interview will be around 10am with the families, which will also last for about 20-25 minutes. After meeting with everyone, on April 7th, I will send out an email to the program manager which has the surveys I would like to have the stakeholders fill out. On April 8th, I will plan another evaluation through zoom and ask questions based on their answers from the surveys, which will last for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the length of conversation with the stakeholders.
