After doing the Social Media Disorder Scale I only answered yes to 2 of the questions. Those two were the Persistence and Displacement questions. I tend to find myself waiting until the last minute because I am on my phone or if I am doing work, I would stop and use my phone and get distracted from the work I was doing. I also try to use my phone less especially when doing something important but always end up right back on it after a few minutes. I would say I am addicted to social media and my phone in general because I grew up in a time where social media was what everybody is using and it just grew onto me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
