Making sure you have a secure password Is important because let’s say worst case scenario your laptop gets stolen so the thief can’t get into your laptop and access you information. Another important way is to make sure your computer is backed up whether it be via the cloud or with a physical drive because if something happens to your laptop then you will have all the important information from it. Network security is crucial as If your network isn’t secured then anyone can access and take information from your computer. Make sure you have strong Wi-Fi password and that you actively change it occasionally. A VPN is a good way to make sure your computer has a private connection to your internet.

Without them the world wouldn’t be what it is today, but it can be argued that it made the world less safe but also safer. Some the safer side of it include improvements of communication, healthcare, and transportation. On the side of the non-safe we have cybersecurity risks, online scams, and the weaponization of technology. The non-safe side may look much wore compared to the safe but the innovations we went through via the safe side is very crucial to the world we live in.
