Exercise can be defined as any form of physical activity that requires effort put forth towards one’s body. Some common examples of exercise include running, weight lifting, involvement in sports, or biking. Though, exercise can be as minimal as carrying boxes, or even just walking. Exercise is done subconsciously everyday whether you think it does or not, and not surprisingly has some good benefits. However, to take exercise to the next level, you must first identify what your goal will be and set yourself up for it through the exercise process.
