Hello! Welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Erica Nickolaus and I am a senior at Old Dominion University graduating in December 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Science in Leadership. This ePortfolio will walk you through my accomplishments and highlight my career history. In this ePortfolio I highlighted three of the skillsets that I have gained, and I will showcase some of my work that highlights these skills. You will also find my reflective essay that ties everything together and goes over the process of picking my skills and my artifacts.

Below I have added my Personal Narrative Essay. This essay goes over my time at ODU, my transition to school online, and the highs and lows that I experienced. Writing this essay really gave me a chance to reflect and look back at my time at ODU and the time in between. I gained a lot and I am glad that I put in the work to finish.

In addition to my personal narrative essay I have also included my job posting analysis. This highlights some of my skills that I have learned and picked up along the way. I also go into detail about a potential job that would be something similar to what I would eventually be looking for.
