About Me

My name is Cayden Bass-Hensley I am a rising junior here at Old Dominion University. My major is cybersecurity, with an aspiring minor in communications. I spent a significant portion of my life in the Caribbean on a small island called Saint Kitts, home to 50,000 residents. After completing my primary school education, I embarked on a new chapter by relocating to the United States. My academic journey led me to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School, where I excelled both academically and athletically. Graduating magna cum laude, I not only demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence but also earned recognition for my noteworthy achievements in sports. Presently, at Old Dominion, I have focused on network security, establishing it as my career trajectory. My dedication lies in safeguarding and protecting others, and that resonates with my professional pursuit.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my passions encompass the realms of sports and family. Weekly, I invest some free time indulging in NFL and college football matches, finding immense joy in sharing these experiences with my closest loved ones. I am also a firm believer in Christ, and I strive to embody that in my professional as well as my personal life. I am a tenacious individual with strong leadership capabilities, driven with enthusiasm, and committed to ongoing learning.
